If breakage occurs within 60 days of purchase you may send the item back to be fixed free of charge except for return postage cost.
As each piece is hand made & quite fragile take care when putting on, wearing & taking off. Do not pull on link to take off, instead undo at clasp. Keep in box to prolong colour & ensure link does not rub or entangle with other jewelry pieces.
Each link can only be returned to be fixed once.
